Family-owned · Greenville, South Carolina
For more than forty years we have crafted the finest stair parts and installation in the Upstate.
The workshop
Carolina Custom Stair Works is a family-owned and -operated business, and our family has been in the building trade for over forty years. We specialize in the highest-quality stair parts available, paired with installers who treat every tread as their own.
We take pride in our work, and we are as comfortable with a simple conventional staircase as we are with the most elaborate circular stair.
What we make & install
Supply, special order, or supply-and-install. We keep the catalogue broad so a single shop can carry your project from the newel post to the final coat of trim.
Conventional, open-rise, curved and circular (including double starter steps and double-return treads).
View →Treads, risers, newels, balusters, handrail and fittings (supplied loose or installed by our own crews).

MDF or stain-grade square columns, fluted or plain, and weatherproof PVC.
